Terms & Conditions

Shipping & Delivery

Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed after 14:00 or at weekends will be processed the next working day. For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 5 working days. Overseas orders should normally be received within 10 working days. We will usually use Royal Mail or a secure courier service for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses. All orders will require a signature on delivery. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less £5 or the products (whichever is less) to cover our postal and administrative costs. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder's billing address.

In the event that we need to contact you with regards to your order, or that the selected item is out of stock, we will do so via the email address or telephone number provided. We will not contact you for any reason except a matter directly related to your order.

According to the Data Protection Act, a user has the right to see personal information stored by us. A written request must be made for this.

As a valued customer, we would like to advise you that we will not share, lend, pass on or sell your information to any third parties.

Any personal information supplied to us will never be placed into any mailing lists, unless in the event where you sign up for our newsletter, on the main home page. No personal information will be passed onto a third party/organisation.

If you use web browsers such as Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer, you will notice that when you are on a secure page, the “locked” icon will appear at the bottom of your browser. This will appear on pages such as the Order Form.

Returns & Replacements

All cost for returns are to be borne by the sender. This will only be reimbursed if products are returned and found to be faulty. As is the law there are no return time limits on returned goods ,although You should notify us immediately

If it is found that the purchased item is faulty/damaged after you have received the goods, please telephone/email us within 14 days of the received date.Please ensure you advise the following:


-Order number
-Product Description
-Reason for return

All goods are to be returned in the original packaging, ensuring any paperwork and manuals are also returned. Once the goods have been inspected, and a fault has been found we will contact you to offer you a full refund, including the shipping costs (Proof of costs required), exchange or replacement.

Can you please ensure that you check all deliveries for damages before you sign for them. If the package is found to be damaged, do not sign for them and advise us by Telephone/E mail immediately. We will then arrange to send out a replacement order upon confirmation from the delivery party that they have not delivered the goods and are returning them to us.

If you discover that, once the goods have been signed for, that the goods are faulty, please notify us by Telephone/E mail as soon as possible. Please ensure you quote your Order Number and product descriptions and stating your reason for returning the item. All goods are to be returned in the original packaging, ensuring any paperwork and manuals are also returned. Once the goods have been inspected, and a fault has been found we will contact you to offer you a full refund, including the shipping costs (Proof of costs required), exchange or replacement.

In the event of you wishing to return goods that are not faulty, you may do so within 7 working days of the invoice date. Again as above, you are required to notify us by Telephone/E mail immediately, quoting the order no, product descriptions and stating the reasons for returning the item. All goods are to be returned in the original packaging, in an unused and reselable condition, ensuring any paperwork and manuals are also returned.

When returning goods whether faulty, damaged or not, it is highly advised that you use registered post to ensure the goods are trackable and are received by us. We will not accept liability of lost goods being lost in the post when sent by normal post.


Indemnity

By accepting these terms and conditions, you are agreeing to fully indemnify Topfit UK and its affiliates from and against all liabilities, claims, actions, expenses or costs made by any third party due to or arising from the use or the misuse of this site or due to your breach of these terms or due to your breach of any rights of a third party.
