Granite & Marble

The Topfit marble and Granite examples below have been chosen from a vast range of available material for their physical properties and aesthetic beauty. All the materials used by us are natural and have taken millions of years to evolve. Every piece is unique in character and will add class and individuality to its surroundings. 

Granite is an igneous rock formed from cooling magma and comes in a huge variety of colours. It is far harder than marble and has a glassy finish when polished. It is easily maintained and is scratch resistant, making it very hygienic and a popular choice as a kitchen worktop finish.

Marble is a metamorphic rock formed by the compression and heating of sediment. It is not as hard as Granite and doesn't take such a strong polish. It's softer looks and less robust properties usually make it a better choice for bathrooms.
